Have someone assist them while recording phrases.
You can introduce it by saying: Project Relate is an easy-to-use app in your mobile phone. You just need to make friends with it and it will understand your voice after it knows you well. Then Project Relate can remove the obstacles when you communicate with other people in daily life.
